Also no receipt provided when paying balance in cash. CMV response: We are sorry you experienced these problems with your booking, however, as an online booking platform, the driver receives the booking details exactly as you input them when booking and the driver 'app' is in no way connected to his sat nav. Luck we didn't have a tight time limit - but would be apprehensive to use this particular driver again CMV response: We are very sorry that you experienced this delay with your booking and had we been made aware of this, we would have worked to send a replacement driver with an earlier estimated time of arrival.
