Great service and really friendly guys. Really efficient, completing the move in the 2 hours I had booked for, but without any rushing. They took care to protect anything breakable, even when I wasn't so concerned about items needing protecting! I would highly recommend these guys, and will use them next time I need and man & van. Thanks for the help guys!

He was running late but rang to let us know. Very nice and polite.

We booked this company because our usual movers were not available and we needed to remove furniture from my recently deceased grandma's flat. They came and moved the items we requested but insisted on taking apart a single bed to move it and did not want to put it back together once they had moved it. One of the movers offered to buy my grandma's white goods, we said he could have them for £60, he said ok and then tried to get the price down to £45. We settled on £50. He then took a good 20 minutes walking to the cash point to get money for the white goods and tried to load them up without giving the money over. He then told us that he had gone over his time and needed paying extra but the only reason he went over his time was because he went to the cash point in the middle of the job. Luckily, we called Compare the Man and Van who confirmed we would not have to pay extra. My mum also had to warn them not to ask my disabled brother to pay extra when dropping the final item to his house. Not a good way to treat anyone, never mind a grieving family. 2 stars still given because despite all this they did move the furniture and were on time.

I disagree what the customer has said.
I always have straps and blankets and I did strap her fridge properly. We were very respectful and honest. In fact they are the ones who were very rude and disrespectful, arguing and complaining but we managed to do our job properly, professionally and on time. She offered me the goods and I paid in full £60 cash on the spot. She asked me to move the furniture out of the house straight away.
We put everything in its proper place where she told us and we never asked for any overtime.

Ismael was respectful and helpful throughout our interactions. Driver had asked if we could change the time from the booked 10am to 9, and reverted last minute on the day to the original time. He was apologetic but people had woken up early in preparation etc. Had also provided full list of items and which of the two planned stops which furniture was coming from (and had emailed to add a double bed to the list) but van was overfill after first (main/ biggest) stop and unable to pick up items from the second. Driver also took 1.5 hours to make what was calculated as a 1 hour drive, but explained there was traffic and due to being nearly overloaded they had to go slowly. All was ultimately okay but there were some errors in items being put in the wrong room (labels on doors and items, and had asked and been told verbally) then having to be moved again by both helpers. This took up time and everything in total was an hour over, which I paid in cash. Ismael suggested it was just over an hour over but I had the exact timings and it was actually 59 mins over in total. Ultimately everything was transported from A to B carefully and with no damage, and helpers were quiet and strong. Thank you.
