Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was not respectful WARNING : - This driver will cause an accident to a customer, customers goods or himself if he doesn't get some training in lifting and moving heavy appliances. I asked for help to move a dishwasher. The driver had no clue how to move a heavy appliance or plan for for the hazards on route. He had a trolley, but the base was too short to provide a stable platform for the machine. It fell off twice, first crossing the door threshold then when being lowered over the kerb. On the second occasion it narrowly missed my car. I expect he will blame the customer for not following his unclear instructions, and the kerb for being too high. I don't know if the machine still works because there is now way I was going to ask James to move it through the house and into the kitchen. So, its sitting in the garage whilst I look for some help to move it. I saw plenty straps, but no blankets of other protection for goods whilst being moved to the van.	8 years ago

He explained he was having difficulty with traffic and the sat nav but that was it. He then did not help much with moving the heavy items up the three flights of stairs I had included as part of the information I provided. Looking at the cost breakdown,	8 years ago
Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was not respectful I had an original driver and then he got replaced with a driver called James. Who showed up 27 minutes late. He blamed the traffic but that's no excuse. As a driver he should have planned ahead. Also I called him on the phone in the morning to tell him that it's a motorbike and we will need a ramp and he said he understood. But when he did arrive late. ME and him had to lift my bike onto the van. And while it was in the van he didn't have the proper straps to keep it upright. He had to lay it towards the side of the van and strap it towards the side of the van. While he was driving he was braking harshly and the experience wasn't pleasant. Once we reached my house I ONCE AGAIN had to help him unload the motorbike and do most of the work by carrying it while he just made sure it was upright.	8 years ago
