He was exceptionally personable, considerate, calm and professional - just what you need on a potentially stressful moving day. He arrived on time, was efficient, experienced, communicated well, arranged and secured my furniture carefully, and was responsive to my requests/suggestions. The (spacious) size of the vehicle was great too. He had another man travelling with him (who was due to help with the next job they were going to) so there was only 1 spare seat available in the van - but he contacted me in advance, soon after I made the booking, to confirm whether that would be ok. For me it was no problem at all. He did a great job, I’m glad I used his services.	4 years ago

He took good care with my belongings and accepted any suggestions or adjustments I wanted to make with the loading in his stride. I helped load the stuff and despite traffic on the way to my final destination we finished within the time frame quite easily. I only needed one seat in the van but there was only one seat free (not 2) as Javed had a helper for a job which he was doing after me. We got a couple of scratches on our items which I take the blame for because we didn’t wrap them. Great service otherwise - would definitely recommend and use again!	5 years ago

Java’s & Partner arrived two mins before time and not only respectful but extremely Helpful to me in moving my disabled Sister from East London to Berkshire and actually overtaking is on the last leg to her new home and waving on route which was funny. Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was not respectful There was two different guys the guy who was not driving was great friendly and respectful he helped me load the van the driver then helped me unload the van I left him alone with my stuff when I was checking in but when I got back he had unloaded so much stuff and when inspecting it after it had damage on it like it had been chucked out the van and it debris on the stuff. They were about 40mins late, which can easily happen in central London, but kept us informed the entire time until they arrived. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of the 5 is because we requested the driver to help and an additional person but they had one trolley between them. If we didn't have a spare trolley it wouldn't have beneficial to have the two helpers to save time. Overall I would definitely recommend using their service.	5 years ago

With a very different and awkward load, both teams drive carefully and METAL MICKEY was honoured to have such respectful people looking after his transport needs. Thank you for everything. Man and a Van is a great concept. They were also on the case and went out of their way to accommodate my wishes AND were kind enough to alter the arrangements as the show finished much earlier than booked, at no charge.
