The driver was exceptionally polite and carried things carefully, though sometimes stacked boxes labelled delicate under other boxes.
There was also a mix up with the destination address that was discovered half way through the journey. I am aware that I also could have checked the address at the beginning so maybe it could be standard procedure to check the full address before driving. Also, as the journey went longer than expected but he then asked me to pay cash for the extra time. As I was unprepared for this it caused a problem.

Not the drivers fault - he was very helpful and efficient. However, he had been told the wrong time by the company manager, and was an hour late. Quite a waste of time for us really and as we were moving flats it also delayed the cleaners we had organized doing certain jobs until later. Quite disappointing and dissatisfying really. Cannot see how the wrong time was given when it is an electronic booking. Unsure if I will use the service again.
