Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was not respectful The driver had a lot of attitude and was very slow to move things costing me an extra two hours. We didn’t even get to move all the furniture Driver's response: I’m literally confused why customer left negative feedback. All was done in appropriate way. Customer booked medium van without description. Customer also advised that is 1 flight of stairs on collection point however it was 3 flight of stairs with walking distance!!! Because she had lots of furniture I advised customer that will be 2 trips. We helped customer to dismantle bed. Delivery was on top floor 3 flight of stairs as she advised however with about 25 meters of walking distance to the main door. Unfortunately we are not superheroes who can fly. Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful the original driver didn't turn up, Man and Van customer services arranged a replacement which meant I was 2 hours late starting. that said the driver who turned up was excellent, really helpful.	5 years ago

Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful Driver and co worker were on time if not early, very professional, organised and quick, unfortunately for them and me they were unable to get the sofa into the living room due to the size of the sofa and tight staircase as the living room is on the 1st floor. They did try every which way and angle possible to get the sofa up the stairs but was impossible but alot of credit to them for trying. Overall I'm a very happy customer 😁	6 years ago
