Driver was not on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was not respectful He was rude, not helpful at all and not very informative "" Do what you want it's your van" he purposefully drove through Amber lights ( with me following on red) when I was following him and sat nav. CMV response: The driver disputes this version of events and says he drove cautiously whilst being aware that the customer was behind him until 5 minutes before the delivery point when the customer text him to say she would 'see him there'.
