They were 2 hours late, dragged our small piano across the wooden floor scratching it beginning to end then I had to go find 2 guys on the street to help them move it down the steps! My daughter and I then proceeded to do everything except load the van itself. They went over time by 10 mins, no way am I paying extra.

Would've been five stars but for one thing. The move went just fine and everything was on time but it felt like the guys were rushing to get things done and after they'd gone we did notice significant damage to one of our items which is either down to poor securing in the van or an incident loading/unloading because I didn't notice any issues when they were taking out or bringing it in. Otherwise everything else was just fine.

Not as much lifting help as I expected so had to call friends to help.

Ken was simply amazing, friendly and did not stop working from when he arrived, until it left. I would highly recommend him and will use him again if ever required.

Kenneth was very efficient and helpful for our moving day. He was on time, friendly and drove safely.

The only thing that would have been good to be notified of beforehand or during the quote process is the extra £11 congestion fee charged for southwest suburbs.

We do put a clear warning on the website before you book that the congestion charge is not included in the quote you receive. This is also clearly stated on the email confirmation you receive. Unfortunately, as the congestion charge is a government tax, we are unable to include it in the quote provided and if your move incurs this charge, it will need to be paid to the driver on the day.
