We had two drivers that continually took cigarette breaks and were generally slow moving the items. I had to go around after them because in the end they were using selective sight when it came to putting items in the van, as a result they ended up leaving a few things that I'd instructed them to take. The driver didn't speak any English, fortunately his helper could translate, though I didnt understand the driver it was obvious on occasion that he was insulting me. They got frustrated that I wanted the process to move more efficiently. My husband arrived at some point during the move, as a result they upped the tempo and moved as swiftly as expected, coincidently they did not take any more cigarette breaks, presumably because of a male presence, which is quite offensive. They charged for the additional time that they'd wasted. All in all I would not recommend using this service, especially if you're a female.	4 months ago
