If I book something for 8am I don't expect the driver at 8:30 then 8:40 then to have crashed and just fail to turn up. Second driver I received was awesome however, came early, really helpful, polite got the job done super quick, really nice guy. Also comparethemanandvan were also very good, I had to change the time of the driver several times and they did so whenever I asked because of the problems in the morning I was unsure of when I could make the move again but they accommodated me several times which I really appreciate and they were very helpful. Overall an awful morning experience was completely turned around by company and driver.	6 years ago

Driver was not on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful First of all the driver who was assigned to us when we made the booking did not arrive. Instead we got another driver and no one notified us about that. The new driver was one hour late. He only notified us of being late at 4.14pm (our slot was at 4pm). He said he was stuck in traffic due to road closures which is fine but I would have expected him to contact us a lot earlier because he knew he was not going to make it on time. When he arrived he was friendly but he was not very hands on with helping us with the boxes. He was rather slow. I understand he had been working since 9am that morning and was running behind schedule and was probably tired but I feel like we did not get the service we expected and paid for. All in all I am not happy with the level of service we received yesterday and we are unlikely to use your service again. CMV response: We are sorry you were dissatisfied with the service you received. As the original driver reported that he was unable to undertake your booking, we arranged a replacement driver so you were not let down for your move and at that time you were sent an updated email confirmation containing the new driver's contact details. As the driver was late to the booking, we do have a lateness refund policy which you will find attached to your email confirmation, and you will be due a partial refund for this.	6 years ago
