I don't know how they managed to move my stuff down two flights of stairs so quickly with such a good temperament. They were very careful when moving furniture, and nothing was damaged as a result. They were kind and polite even though the job took longer than I had expected, as I had a lot more stuff than I had anticpated. Even though a lot of my furniture is quite big they still managed to get it all into thier van. They even asked where to put things and were happy to help move furniture into place which I did not expect. I would highly recommend them. They made my move so much less stressful than I had thought it would be. They worked without stopping for 5 hours too and were still cracking jokes.. An absolute pleasure. Thank you to you both. We were moving my 66 year old mum and although it was only a few miles so she was nearer to us, she was understandably anxious. Luke was very courteous and thoughtful even when faced with dozens of carrier bags (she had run out of boxes) and even very carefully took apart a wall unit that we had all forgotten had been assembled in situ. Nothing was broken and everything was completed on time. Would highly recommend Luke;a polite and careful removal man, just what my mum needed on a very stressful day.	7 years ago

Our day got considerably lengthened due to a Solicitor's mix up and were threatened with finding a hotel for the night. Luke was very reassuring, cancelled his next small job and said he would stay with us for as long as we needed. Just what we needed to hear on an otherwise stressful day. Luke was even there 10 minutes before the agreed time and was very helpful and welcoming during all the moving time (despite our 3 floor apartment without lift). Additionally, he kept us up-to-date on the traffic. I would definitely recommend his services for anyone wanting to have a very good moving service quality.	7 years ago

They were on time and kept us up to date with the traffic. They filled the van quickly with all our stuff (3 girls worth), layed blankets over furniture and put our back door back on for us (we had to remove it to get the sofa's out). At our new place we there are quite a lot of stairs but they moved all furniture up and down in a very friendly manner. They even managed to get our sofas into the new lounge, which was no easy feat. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Lovely men and I would definitely recommend them. I'll certianly be using him again when I move. Thank you Luke!	7 years ago
