He was very fast at loading/unloading and super helpful moving items. He had a wheelie trolley which was helpful in moving items. Would definitely book him in future to help with moves.	4 years ago

They put me at ease and moved by belongings with care. So effecient too. They also made sure that heavy items were places exactly where I wanted them in my new home so that I wouldn't have to move them later. Great team. Thank you	4 years ago
Driver was not on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful The driver was more than one-hour late, and I only discovered it when I phoned the office. No one bothered to inform me. Driver's Response: I apologise regarding the late arrival as I was on another job. I contacted your offices to let you know that I will be late and as the customer had an International Number I tried so many times to contact the customer directly but I couldn't. When I informed the office, that day was a busy day and there were no available replacement drivers to send to the customer and I was advised to attend the booking anyway. However I apologise for my fault and I am more than happy to compensate the customer some amount as per your company policy. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Driver was not on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful The driver really went over and beyond when helping put all the furniture and heavy bags up to the 2nd floor using only stairs. Very respectful of our possessions and helpful overall Since we did plan ahead, him being late 20 minutes, or heavy traffic while crossing the city had no impact on our timelines, therefore very happy with the service	5 years ago

Only thing is there were no blankets or straps but that is not their fault. Company should have provided but I’d still use them again because of the people. Can't thank this team enough for ensuring my move happened without stress. Communication before, during and after was excellent. They put me at ease and moved by belongings with care. The driver really went over and beyond when helping put all the furniture and heavy bags up to the 2nd floor using only stairs. Very respectful of our possessions and helpful overall
