At the end of the work he was happy and had no complaints or any requests for blankets or straps either (which I do have visible in the van! , but his items did not need the use of blankets)..plus he only paid for a (no help service so self load) but I ended up helping him with his items and sorting them out in a way so they fit well in the van that's why I ask my customers how many more items they have..which in my opinion is not rude or intrusive at all but part of my job! Lastly I didn't charge him any extra money for helping him and he even had 66p left to pay which I said was fine As you can see from my other positive reviews my customers are happy and have no problem with the way I work..and on many occasions I get customers saying they booked me because of my great reviews!
