Driver was not on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful Honestly, I'm thoroughly unimpressed that the driver arrived a whole 90 minutes later than the time I booked and I was still charged for this service. I specifically requested an early time slot so I could get to work after dropping off my belongings, but unsurprisingly this didn't go to plan. The journey itself was painless, as the friend who had joined me was very efficient in loading and unloading my items. The whole experience was mediocre.	15th July

Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful The driver came a bit earlier than proposed, but that was fine with myself and my partner, we took around 30 minutes to get everything in the van, and he seemed really patient and kind the whole waiting time - despite not featuring on the service, he offered us a helping hand, which I had no choice but to refuse because I didn't feel well knowing that I didn't pay for that. On we went, the trip was pleasant, not too long, about 20 minutes and the driver was talkative and had a good sense of humor, all this whilst always focused on the road. On a not so amazing note, but still understandable, the insides of the van were a bit dusty, so our suitcases came a bit dirty afterwards, also, one of the rear mirrors was a "bit" shattered. I would definitely recommend it, though, the driver's past professional experiences revolved around these jobs and it sure showed! (I wish him the best, because he deserves it, for as far as it seemed.)	30th June
