This meaning I had to wait outside for quite some time because I had no time to plan differently CMV response: We are sorry that the original driver rejected your booking at short notice, but pleased that we were able to supply a replacement service for your move, although there was obviously a delay with this, for which we apologise.	5 years ago

I was not available at the FROM place at my daughter's but they arrange and loaded everything in a tidy and caring way. Also At my TO place they arrived a little late than my agreed time of two hours and after unloading and placing items in my home it was considerable late. When I asked how much extra I need to pay they didn't wanted any extra payment. It was such a nice act that I specially wanted to mention here. Very polite and friendly and took his shoes off each time entering new property and never grumbled even though we went over the time we'd booked. Would highly recommend.	8 years ago
