My only criticism would be that it would have helped if they had brought covers for the carpets - especially because it was a horrid rainy day, but that’s the only thing they could have done better. The van was delayed arriving by an hour, though I received comminucation in advance on the morning to let me know about this. The driver, Andrzej, was a respectful and hardworking individual, who drove a long distance (about 350 miles) in over 7 hours. The driver was caring and respectful of all my valuable and fragile items. He wrapped hem carefully and hence, I had no damage to any. He arrived at 12noon. The van was quickly loaded and then made it to the end location just before it closed. This was moving office files from a home to an office. I think it would have been a very stressful day had it been a home removal. Ultimately the job got done in time.	5 years ago

He abandoned the other guy, so I only had one mover moving my things into storage. Traffic was really bad that day, so the driver tried to charge me for two extra hours. The van also had other people's belongings in it, so it was obvious that he was making other deliveries and not just handling my move. Shady operation, I wouldn't recommend.	5 years ago

When I asked him for the receipt with the updated amount, he ignored it and never responded back even after I emailed and called him.
