Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was not respectful Very upset that I paid for a driver plus 2 men, when the driver arrived I asked where the men were he said he couldn't bring two as they don't earn commission and it's not enough pay. To me this is unacceptable when that what I paid for this service. He was very rude when we first met which made me have serious anxiety when I was already stressed about the move. During the move he was pleasant but a lot of our furniture now has marks and scrapes on them. Very very disappointed with the whole expirence. CMV response. We take any complaints such as this very seriously. The customer was refunded CMV's deposit on the job and the driver has now been removed from the site.	7 years ago
