Driver was not on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful the driver was VERY late, (just under 3 hours). However it doesn't appear to be his fault personally he had some nightmare customers earlier in the day. Still frustrating though I had to cancel evening plans because of it. There may have been straps and blankets I didn't look properly, nothing was damaged however.	7 years ago
