Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful although the driver ended up arriving 1.5h late - I would give him 6 stars if I could. I have been called in the morning to inform him that due to traffic my van was going to be late, so it wasn't an issue for me. Plus when I booked my moving at 12.30 on a Saturday in London, I knew that was likely to happen. Today was incredibly hot and bringing all my items on 2 sets of stairs and a couple of long and narrow corridors has been quite challenging, but I have to admit the driver needed up doing most of the job in terms of unloading the van. All items had been carefully packed and protected with straps and blanket before we left. I would definitely be happy to book them again in future	4 years ago
