Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was not respectful YES! I am really frustrated. I thought I would give this review some time as I wanted to give the person who done my move some time to rectify his mistake. He broke a couple of parts of my chest of drawers. He told me that he would go to IKEA to look for the parts. I accepted as I thought I would be kind enough to give him a chance and not charge him for the drawer. So, he didn't call back the next day. I called him to which he has repeatedly told me he will go. The last time I called was Monday. He said he did not have time. It has been over a week as our move took place on the 4th of August. He has not called back. To be honest I want my money for the drawers now. I cannot believe I actually thought he would be honest enough to call back. Anyone else would have asked for cash on the spot. Maybe I am the fool for not demanding the money in the first place. Sad times we live in.	3 years ago

That's really not my problem as he should have tanked up before he started the job. Also, he claimed that the traffic on the M25 was worse than anticipated. Again, not my fault. It's easy for a crew to say they'll do it in 5 minutes and when things outside the client's control stretch this time to a couple of hours, to hit him with some fairly stiff penalties. At any rate, I paid it, but I must confess that the reasons for the extra charge did rankles a bit. You need to tell your crews that it is their responsibility to start the job with a full tank.	5 years ago

Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful The driver called me in the morning of the move, 4 hours early (I was woken by the call) asking to come early. I told him that was not possible and 45 minutes later received a text saying he was outside my house. I responded to say that I would not be ready until the booked time but was a bit concerned that someone was just sitting outside my house and felt I was being pressured to get the job done early. The calls were also made from a different number to the one that had confirmed the booking the previous day. I was not alone and was not going to be travelling in the van with the driver but if I was then I think I would have been more worried. The driver also had no straps or blankets. Luckily my furniture was not damaged as far as I can currently see. Overalls the actual move ended up being fine.	8 years ago
