Norbert arrived on time, was very respectful and helpful, and we even had some great chat during the drive. The estimated time for my move was 34 minutes which seemed so little, but in the end, it really did take about half an hour to complete. I was pleasantly surprised. Packed the van like the Tetris so that there was not one single piece of unused space.
