Driver was not time

Didn't have straps and blankets

Driver was respectful

I think my driver was from the third company given the job - the first cancelled immediately and I think the second cancelled after he asked me to pay an extra fee to cover his insurance which was not sufficient to have passengers and I said I would if he provided me a receipt. The driver that carried out the job was excellent - very careful driver and super relaxed.
