The driver is making up excuses which are contradicting what his office is telling me. I have to move today and have no idea if the driver will show up or not. This is a disgrace. CMV response: The customer has been refunded his deposit. However, 02.10.2016 was the first day of the Tower Bridge closure and the customer's address is right on top of this. In addition, there was heavy rain and other events occurring in London. The customer was kept updated and there was never any doubt that the van would arrive.	7 years ago

However he did arrive 30mins late which meant I had to spend 45mins standing outside my flat trying to keep the parking space free for when he did arrive.	7 years ago
