However 10 minutes before the scheduled time I received a call saying my driver wasn't coming. I then had to wait 2 hours for a new driver to arrive (not their fault). I requested 2 movers however the driver said he had a bad back so couldn't lift much which meant I ended up carrying most of the things myself. Having spent an awful lot of money on the service it doesn't seem worth it given I did most of the heavy lifting myself. I was particularly annoyed having carried a big box downstairs and lifted it into the van to find the driver having a break and drinking a drink after only being there 15 minutes.	8 years ago

Due to heavy duty traffic the removal men dud nit come on time, but they did notify us. On the whole they worked extremely hard,was pleasant,obliging and a great team to have again, again,again...
