Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was not respectful The driver arrived on time, and came with an additional man (we had only requested help from the driver) so this was a nice surprise. The second man stayed with the van and loaded it up whilst the driver and us brought things to him. Everything seemed fine until we were unloading at the new property and I noticed that my dining table now had scratch marks in multiple places across the surface. We mentioned this to the driver and he said sorry, it must have been the way his partner loaded it in the van and whatever it had been leaning on. It obviously wasn't covered in a blanket to protect it, and there was no care given to ensure my items stayed in the condition they left my first property in. I was simply told that I could probably sand out the marks, or use a wax crayon to fix the problem.	5 years ago

Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful He got to the right location on time, but I paid for a helper however ended up lifting most of the items (especially the big ones) with me and friend. He did look stood on the back of the tail gate though. Driver's response: "I am surprised that Jamie gave me only 2 stars because he even gave me a tip which I would consider sign of satisfaction. Personally I went up several times bringing things down, though more behind the van as I had to arrange the items to be sure they would all fit. As we got home after the job, Jamie called me saying there should be parts of his furniture left in the van. I went down immediately and searched for it but unfortunately the van was literally clear. If I had found anything I was ready to drive back to his house, this is how I like to treat the customers. In a nutshell, I am sorry if he wasn't satisfied and would do it differently next time. Since I started driving for you, I noticed how content all of my customers are from their faces."	5 years ago
