Lead driver very friendly and courteous just needed professional team Driver's response: "I totally agree with you, the two guys I came with were slow and that's why I didn't charge you a penny for the 1 hour and a half that went over your agreed or booked time. Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was not respectful Richard was our driver, he was late, stroppy, complained about the company who hired him, complained constantly about the job load, smashed and dented a lot of our items and we had to repaint all our landing walls (3 story toun house!) the man accompanying Richard was nice and cracked on but the experience was stressful thanks to Richard. (CMV 01-08-2019) DRIVER'S RESPONSE: Hello Daniela I'm really sorry to hear that you were not happy with our services. It keeps me puzzled why you gave us a tip at the end of the job. Bare in mind you booked us for only 4hrs but we were there till 9pm until we finished moving all your stuff that needed moving from A to address B. Also, you didn't include any levels of stairs on either address which really made our job so hard. So where is the honesty from your side to us who came thinking a different way? A customer’s items are our number one priority and we do try our best to handle items with care, meaning it's your responsibility to make sure all your stuff is packed properly and ready for transporting. Our secondary responsibility is to use blankets to ensure that no damage is caused, but most of your items were not even 70% packed properly but we did try to protect them as much as we could. You mentioned we complained about the amount of items. It’s because it was more than what you stated but not forgetting that we went an extra mile to do another trip for you in the late night at which 3 flights of stairs were again not mentioned.	4 years ago

Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful I felt like I had to take charge with what to move out of the storage unit so I was instructing them along with my cousin. Also there was a lack of urgency and speed, so as a result my cousin and I moved a lot of the stuff down for them so that they could just start loading the van and we could get done quicker. Driver's response on 08-07-2019: Am really sorry that you felt that way. At the delivery end There were plenty of challenging corners and stairs but again Richard and assistant were so helpful unloading in double quick time on a particularly warm day. Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful I can't stress how great this driver (Richard) is. He looked after me from the first minute he arrived until the end. Even before that, he double checked if the vehicle was big enough for me. On the day, he arrived 30 mins early when he didn't have to. During the journey, we talked about anything from existing life, what the future holds, politics, current news/issues etc which made me feel very safe and excited about my move. They say in order to get respect you have to give respect and he definitely does that. The journey went quicker than I thought (due to the conversations) which helped him focus to as it was a very long drive, I even bought him a drink too! I travelled from Manchester to Wokingham for anyone who wants to know which is more than 200 miles. If you are looking for someone to help you I highly recommend him.	4 years ago
