He informed me of this promptly and arrived at exactly at his new proposed arrival time. He helped me with all of my stuff, and was careful with my more fragile items. Safe driving. He arrived 30 minute's early and was ready to start the move without any issue. Considering that I had extremely heavy sports equipment he never complained once and was helpful in loading and offloading the equipment into my business premises. They took immense care so as not to damage any of the items or any of the nearby the walls/doors. Both very were very friendly and made our move that much more pleasant. Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful I received a call an hour before the move and was told that the driver who was supposed to come couldn't make it so there was a substitute. then, they didn't know that the job was for two guys. Then they didn't follow instructions where to park. BUt then -- when we got it together -- finally with alot of aggravation -- the guys were great!! definitely will use them all the time.	9 years ago
