in general a small van is slightly larger than an estate car, the size of the medium van is as on my profile
**COVID-19:: during the current problem we would prefer that items to be moved be at the front door of the property ready for me to load on the van.**
I have been in the transport industry for a long long time so I know it quite well. I have a new medium van (which also does small van jobs) so no problems with breakdowns (fingers crossed). I have always specialised in deliveries in the Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk & Norfolk areas plus London but will go anywhere as long as I can get there and back in a day.
(Sorry but I will not disassemble or reassemble furniture.)

Dog owner so happy to carry your pet, I have two dog cages, one large for medium to large dogs and one medium for small to medium dogs or can put multiple small dogs, puppies or cats in them.. it should be remembered that the cages will restrict the amount of boxes, cases etc that can be carried
(prior notice is needed for the cage or pet carrier)
We carry everything from small parcels to pets & scooters, car spares etc... we can also collect and deliver cars and light commercials (up to 3.5t) driven on DVLA trade plates with full motor trade insurance.
No tax or insurance needed
From the 22nd June the congestion charge has been increased to £15 and will now be active from 0700 to 2200 every day 7 days per week

I chose the van I needed for the job . After getting my money they agency changed my booking to a different van that was not suitable. The driver was excellent and sad he did not normally carry goods like mine but will do it as the agency was in error. Driver excellent, agency poor

Ron's services were the first recommended to me. However, he did not really helped us much with carrying the luggages/boxes. Since we noticed that he’s alone we opted to help carry some boxes to the van because we felt bad for him doing it alone. However we noticed that when we started helping him, we were the one doing most of the lifting than him. He was polite and nice but we felt like for the amount we were paying, we were doing the most of the moving than him. A small table got damaged but we noticed it late, some of the hangers came off and clothes fell too while the items were being taken out from the can. It was unexpected but I did bot want to make a fuzz about it not to prolong the situation. Nevertheless it was okay. Thank you.
Driver's response: This is really getting silly, in line with my profile all boxes should be a the front of the door which they were not, I was collecting them from there and taking to the van, there was two of them so obviously sometime one got to the van before I had loaded the first one, again there were boxes and bags nothing to blanket wrap, the clothes that fell were from an open bag and picked up straight away, there was a shelf that had a damaged corner but it was like that when it came out , there was no table with damage.. I am sorry they felt I did not do enough but they only asked for one person not extras, it was a full load that I was not sure I would get it all on, they had many many bags that were open not tied and were difficult to stack on top of the rest of the goods | 3 years ago |

Driver's response: I picked up at 11.15 instead of 11.30, with traffic I got to drop off at 12.30. The customer Is right that was the end time but as per the booking conditions, I started my time from when I picked the goods up. it was 15mins over time and the charge was £10 per half hour so that's what I charged. | 3 years ago |

This is ridiculous, I always have straps and blankets as I have shown earlier and there was all boxes and cases nothing to blanket wrap? i hardly talked to them as they did not understand much and had masks on, i loaned them my trolley to bring boxes down to the van as we were in a "no loading at any time area" and I could not leave the van, I loaded the boxes as usual and took them to the storage facility and they took a taxi there, I unloaded the boxes etc onto trolleys for them and they gave me a £4 tip, in all I dont think I was with them for more than 10mins | 3 years ago |

Despite me booking just for help loading the van he went above and beyond to help me move my stuff down 6 floors and then up two flights of stairs at my destination. I felt safe in the van and all my stuff arrived at my destination in perfect condition. I rate super highly and would definitely recommend to anyone moving or needing help to transfer boxes. He did not use blankets and pushed our clothes dresser into the van leaving the light oak with dirt stains. He also did not close the back door of the van properly, which thankfully my husband noticed or else our stuff could have ended up strewn in the street.
Driver's response: "The customers were bringing the goods down and I was loading the van. It was loaded with my usual skill, there was nothing that required a blanket wrap. The white dresser could not be pushed into the van as I have a rubber floor and things do not slide on it, that was maybe what marked it but my van is always spotless so it was not dirt. I was moving the van outside the flat gates because the caretaker wanted to lock them. The doors would have been fully closed before we left and there was never any chance of anything coming off the van. The customers were satisfied when I left them and I helped them move the stuff into their new place." | 4 years ago |

This was a young person's belonging which was valuable and only because of the honesty of the person at No 2 who had to go through the belongings to find out the correct owner and the person at No 3 had to then carry all the luggage by themselves. I would not recommend and use this service again. Driver's response: "There was no number on the door and I knocked.. the lady said she was expecting them so I assumed it was the right place. .. at no time did the lady say they were not for her?
