On the day, he texted a few times to update us on his delay. He finally arrived at 9.30. Also, on the booking form we specified two people traveling with the driver and he said he would charge 5 for the extra person, one was fine but two would 5 extra, we also agreed. But then on the day, at the end of the move, he said it would 5 per person. We were about to tip him and just gave him 10. We found it a bit cheeky to try and get more money. Compare the Man and Van have since refunded me 20.	23rd April

He timely inform me about his 30mins delay due to the london traffic ( 5pm in central London!) and he was very careful in managing and helping with my packages. Strongly reccomended!	20th March

Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful I did order 1x driver with 2x movers, but on the day I found out that it was only 1x driver and 1x mover with the driver acting as a second mover. I needed a total of three people as I lived on a very busy street and I expected that the driver would be waiting at the vehicle while the other 2 movers would be carrying the boxes. In the end my wife had to stand at the vehicle while the driver, mover and myself carried all the boxes in order to make up lost time. The move took a little longer than the 2 hours I planned, but luckily the driver of one van, Ryan, was very helpful and agreed to waive the charge as my original order of 3 people was not fulfilled.	6th February
