Had music on in the van and he was very friendly and very easy to chat to. I live on the third floor with no lift, he was very efficient and fast with the move and would recommend him highly! Was FORCED to hand over the money it else they would not leave, couldn't speak to website people. Mafia type behaviour while standing in my home. What else was I suppose to do when someone threatens you in your home. People on the website were not helpful. DO NOT recommend this driver. This website has not replied to my concern. Shrug the shoulder attitude. CMV response: This booking ran from Cardiff to London and although drivers will always use the latest sat nav technology to avoid traffic wherever possible, of course unfortunately it isn't always possible. We can see that you booked for 4 hrs 30 mins but the estimated travel time for this booking was 3 hrs 20 mins. Therefore, if you experienced traffic in the journey and your booking ran over your booked hours, the driver was totally within his rights to ask that you pay his advertised half hourly fee for any additional time. We are very sorry that you did not feel that you should have had to pay this, however, this is the contract you entered into when booking and it is made very clear both prior to booking, and on the email confirmation you receive after booking.	5 years ago

I drove back in the van with them and they were kind and respectful. I had a fabulous three hours with these gentlemen and can recommend them 100%. Both men were efficient, calm and supportive.They tackled each new problem methodically and without fuss. It didn't arrive until 9pm. Incredibly hard to work around this. Wont use in future. JMS shift need to get their act together! I shall not be recommending or using your service again. CMV response: We are very sorry that you experienced this delay, which is unacceptable. If we had been made aware of this on the day, we would have worked to send a replacement service for the booking.
