So zero for that guy. Also many parts of the furniture have scratches on them. And when I texted him aftewards he just ignored me. Although earlier when he wanted money he was calling me 4 times an hour.	6 years ago

As it was smaller than expected we had to ask them to do an extra two trips and six additional hours more than we had originally booked. The driver flatly refused to remove their shoes when I asked which I was quite shocked about. The driver didn't have enough cash for petrol so we had to give him some before the second trip and I was quite surprised. They were 40 minutes late. Finally - the first time they tried to turn up was the day before the move! Don't get me wrong they were friendly and chatty and did a great job - but next time I will order a genuine removal company - not just a "giant" Luton van. CMV Response: We are sorry that you were left dissatisfied with the service you received on the day, although note that you say the drivers were great and very friendly. We would point out that not all luton vans come equipped with a tail lift as standard and if this was required for your move, it is something that should have been confirmed with the driver beforehand. In terms of petrol, the drivers were clearly not expecting to have to make a second trip although we are happy that they were able to accommodate this. Also, the drivers would have been ill advised to remove their footwear during a full house move for obvious health and safety reasons.	6 years ago

I thought I had ordered the GIANT LUTON VAN they display in their advert, silly me not checking cost me an extra £60 to hire a larger vehicle from them as they had allocated a LARGE VAN not the LUTON VAN in the advert. Would I use this Company again? NO! CMV Response: We do make it very clear on the website that the picture of the van in the driver's profile is not necessarily going to be the van attending your booking as many of our service providers are multi vehicle companies. This customer booked a large van and was of course supplied with a large van. The onus is always on the customer to book the correct size van for their move, as obviously we do not know what goods are being transported. However, we are always here to help with advice on this if you are in any doubt either by email, telephone (08.00am - 10.00pm 7 days per week) or via the live chat on the website.	7 years ago
