They also had tools and other removal equipment. Their van had an electric tailgate which was really useful for large items. I highly recommend them. Excellent service.	5 years ago

I have to say I was anxious about the whole process but they put me so at ease. They took control - wrapped everything that needed wrapping, took their shoes off in the house and were just generally brilliant. I can not recommend them enough.	5 years ago

Nothing was too much trouble, including heavy stuff, the worlds heaviest washing machine, and awkward steps. Even gave me a lift afterwards so I could pick up a hire car a nice extra touch. I am not an easy person to move (PhD student: i.e. 800+ books) but service was affordable for a student and large van was plenty big enough to move my life across Brum! He turned up just before the prearranged time and ensured that the vehicle was clean before we started loading the van. He was very pleasant in manner and was warm when he introduced himself. When loading our stuff onto the vehicle he took great care ensuring that nothing was scuffed or damaged. He was very efficient and worked quickly. Brilliant brilliant experience working with him.
