But they were so nice and patient and polite. I found them very helpful it was not an easy job as there were loads of stairs but I would definitely recommend them again	5 years ago

Driver was not on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was not respectful He was 4.5 hours late and then moved so slowly trying to take time so we would have to pay more. Also caused damage to the wall when moving furniture. 02-03-2019 Driver's response: "The driver had an ill child and had to take it to the doctor. His wife was at work and couldn't do it. We informed the client and apologized for being late. The work lasted 40 minutes longer. As an apology, we didn't take money for extra time. "Also caused damage to the wall when moving furniture. " We called the client on Sunday. He didn't answer our calls and didn't call us back. We are sure that nothing has been damaged. Also charged £26 extra as there were stairs in the house 'that they were not expecting!' The job was done in three hours and they were paid for 3 and 1/2 hours although they complained about doing 2 journeys and were assisted by 3 family members. They were hard working and polite. Driver's response: HI, The client entered the wrong street name. This address led us to Reigate Hill Golf Course. The correct address was on Rocky Ln Street. It took us 30 minutes to find the client's home outside the golf club. If the client had written the correct street name, we would have been on time. During our work we were transporting a poorly secured fridge (liquids were spilled), which dirtied our van. The cost of washing the van will be £30. We collected this amount from the customer who agreed to it. The low rating is only due to our delay, which was not our fault. The customer mistakenly provided the wrong address. We called the driver 15mins before the agreed time to ensure they will be on time. On the phone they informed us that they were 1.30hour away but that they are on their way. After an 1hour I called again and they still weren’t on their way so extremely disappointed with the company and will not use again for sure. I will also not recommend to anyone as it is extremely unpredictable. Being 6months pregnant we had no other alternative but to wait for their arrival which I think was taken advantage of. At the end of the job we were asked to pay extra for the extra 20mins spent on the job. We had friends that were supposed to help however because of the delay they had to leave which slowed down the moving process. Overall extremely disappointed and would never use again or recommend their services.	5 years ago

I was really impressed by the team, they were polite, fast and kept me updated with timings etc.

I had to rearrange my booking last minute, the guys accommodated this with no problem and rescheduled my move for me.

I would definitely recommend and use them again.
