Van arrived at 10 instead of 12 as booked but we went ahead with move as we were packed. Van was dirty. Had only one small area covered with cardboard. Our mattresses and bases got dirt marks on them.

Although the driver was early, he was happy to wait for you as your booked time will only ever begin from the time you book for.
The driver's van floor area is covered and to date we have received no complaints of dirt/damage during this move.
