Unfortunately he was 2.5 hours late, due to a vehicle problem and was stuck in bad traffic. I would, however, use him on another occasion, provided he was on time!	8 years ago

He arrived early and helped carry all of my heavy items that I wouldn't have managed by myself. He also made sure I had my keys and the address handy (as those things can slip your mind when you're thinking about so much!). Forgot to ask for his name but he's a dark skinned asian man with a moustache, quite long hair! Should give him some compliments for being exeptionally helpful and friendly!	8 years ago

He was very considerate when placing my possessions to make sure nothing is damaged during the journey. If you want something placed in a certain way he will listen to you. Great value for money, would definitely use them again. They completed the job much more quickly than I had anticipated but they still really earnt the money so I had no problem with what I paid.	8 years ago

Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was not respectful The movers were helpful but not careful of the items - they broke a glass, lost a nail of the bookshelf, turned boxes (with plates!) upside down, despite the "fragile" signs. If you move fragile items, I would not recommend this team	8 years ago

Main person kept making excuses about why they couldn't carry this or that. I ended up having to hire a van afterwards to finish the job they were paid to do. Not great when you end up having to repack the storage unit in order to fill it with the items they didn't pick up. They did not pack the van nor the storage unit efficiently and charged me almost double the quoted price! Will never use them again as they just wasted my time. My 8 year old daughter even helped, for goodness sake!	8 years ago
Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was not respectful Generally a very disappointing experience, I would not recommend your company as it completely failed any basic standards of moving. The driver and the other person were extremely slow and very disorganised. I specified the number of the stairs from the quote and I paid the specific ammount of money required for them. They not careful at all with the boxes and at the end of loading the truck they caused a further delay, as one of the men lost his phone and delayed for another half hour to find it. As a general comment I think your stuff should be more suitable for this job as both of them seemed completely inappropriate to carry out the task. During the journey they stopped the car for loading gas ( which should have been done prior to their arrival) causing additional delay and eventually they demanded to overcharge me for an extra hour which off course I denied, and this resulted on them leaving all the stiff on the ground floor instead of the 1st as specified from the begging.	8 years ago

They treated my stuff terribly and just threw my furniture around even though i told them it was preCious. On top of that, I had to carry most of my stuff myself as they complained about being tired and just sat on their phones. At least i didnt have to pay much	9 years ago
