But when we had only had him for an hour of the 2 we had paid for, and we asked for hor to wait 15 minutes while we moved somethings around at the destination he started to get kinda stroppy saying that the 2 hours only included an initial one way drive and as our drive had been so short it would be extra for him to wait before driving us back to the original location.	7 years ago

I was not very happy about this when I had already paid upfront. CMV response: It was explained to the customer that although she ordered a medium van, her goods exceeded what a medium van could legally carry and therefore the charge for a large van was justified.	7 years ago
