Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was not respectful I asked to move at 11:00, but driver came at 11:30. and he always in a rush while we moving the staffs, I felt quiet uncomfortable with that. also he charge me extra stairs fee as £1 per step, but when i book van from your website, i select 3 flights should charged 15pound, so should be 50p per step. 1 pound per step sounds quite ridiculous. and i lost my girlfriend's makeup, which is £100ish, she is quite sad about that. generally i felt not too good with yesterdays service. CMV response: We have checked the driver's pricing and can confirm that he charges £5 per flight per man, so for the 3 flights of stairs you booked, £15 is the correct charge.	6 years ago

I ordered a medium sized van so that there will be space for two people (my mum and I) at the front plus the driver. This was said in the quote, as well as my receipt. However, the driver insisted that there was only space for one as he had another helper with him. I hope the company resolves this issue so that it wouldn't inconvenience other customers. In the end, he agreed to let the helper sit in the back and take both my mum and I. Overall, he was nice, respectful and helped greatly with the move. Would definitely recommend them. By the way, if you are taking stuff to the tip, you shouldn't mention you have hired men with a van. Just say they are your friends helping you out. Although they arrived late, then everything went smoothly. They didn't come prepared for the upright piano, although it was mentioned in the job description, but they took some money off the price, so very straightforward.
