Flat tire and traffic understandable but would of appreciated a realistic timeframe when I called him as we could of made alternate plans. Reluctantly paid the remaining money owed but can safely say i will never be using this company ever again. Would appreciate a refund for this terrible service.	3 years ago

Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was not respectful The driver complained that he had to help me move the boxes even though I had booked a car with help. He was very slow, and barely helped me move out. He also had not put petrol in his car and so we spend 25 minutes searching for a petrol station and filling up. He was then a rather incompetent driver who stalled the car and also hit a sidewalk, and due to his delay in filling up the petrol, we got to our destination 30 minutes late, and as a result I had to unpack alone. Driver's response: Hello, I acknowledge receipt of your email that I received about this customer, however, I did my duty as it should. it's wrong if he said yes I stopped to add fuel in my vehicle to continue my journey without problem he wanted me to break down dry? or what. In addition he forgot to tell you that you have to avoid the city centre of the congestion charge zone and the ULEZ because he said after I contacted the office to inform them that work makes me enter the congestion charge zone and after discus the board confirms it to pay the congestion charge and the driver the ULEZ, or we take the long way he preferred the option of the long way which penalizes me of a fine of £ 130 because i have taken branch road / rotherhithe tunnel, I hope he will have the courage in return to participate in the payment of the contravention. CMV response: Please note that if a booking does not begin or end inside the Congestion Zone, the customer is not obligated to pay the congestion charge. In addition, the customer cannot be held responsible for penalty charge notices and the like received by the driver, when he is driving his own vehicle.	4 years ago

His van is in a very poor state and his doors doesn't even stay open. He even had 2 huge mattresses, washing machine and large luggage already in so he wasn't even empty and ready for our move. He spent most of the time on the phone so we loaded and unloaded van in mostly our self even though we paid extra. We got there in the end and move everything but it was quite few scratches due to very poor condition of the van. Not recommended! Driver's response: Hi I am disappointed with this comment because I came early to the booking to ensure I was on time, although I would of course have waited until the time the booking was due to begin if requested. I helped the customer fully to move his goods and although there were stairs at the address which were not included on the booking, I did not charge for these.
