Took us to the wrong storage location despite it being entered into the system when booked and confirmed again in the email confirmation I received. Van smelled very strongly of roll-up cigarettes. Refused to help unload all items to the storage room despite indicating I needed assistance with unloading on the order (which I assume had been factored into the price). Timing was not a factor in his reluctance to help as at this point we had only reached 1 hour of the 2 hours paid for (despite his lateness). Generally rude and dismissive. Would recommend you avoid this provider, we certainly would not use again.	5 years ago

How many external steps do you need before labelling them stairs? 3 it would seem & that was a problem for him. When I met him at the van to introduce myself he wouldn't wind down the window, said he hadn't arrived yet and continued to smoke and barely answered my questions. I wasn't there to reprimand him for being late just simply to say I'd saved a parking space nearer the flat. He was rude, moody & lacking in professionalism.
