Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful The driver called ahead to say they were stuck in traffic so communication was good. I am glad to have chosen this company as they made this house move very painless. Had to do an additional stop ( which was planned) and that was handled well. The only negative I would say is that the Compare the Man & Van website calculated the the distance we were moving including the additional stop plus what we were moving at 3 hours. I increased this by an extra hour to cover potential delays. However the reality worked out the website got the timing wrong and it cost me extra 30 minutes. So 4.5 Hours in total. So from that point of view Compare the Man & Van website need to be more accurate in their timings to help customers manage costs. As for the removal company, VK Transport ... Would recommend them 100% - Organised, polite and very very helpful.....As opposed to this website. CMV response: The website will calculate the 'estimated' travel time for you, but obviously cannot factor in delays caused by traffic or weather conditions.	5 years ago

He was right on time and the moment he got to the place he stuck to the task until it was completed. He actually assisted moving stuff right into our apartment unlike other delivery companies that most times, unload the stuff at the destination and you are left to fetch it where needed. I highly recommend customers to use Hermes Removal Delivery service and you are guaranteed to the job done in quick time. His customer service was great and though there were ups and downs he remained calm and made sure that at the end of the service we were satisfied. Thanks to you Hermes and keep up the good works!
