We pride ourselves on good communication with customers and take great care with the items we transport (taking the time to cover and strap as necessary).

Highly motivated and eager to render a stress-free removal and delivery service. Please kindly read my terms and condition this is very important especially before accepting my bids thanks and please read on.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Please have your items READY TO TRANSPORT when we arrive (this helps us be on time for our other customers!). 

2) If items need to be DISMANTLED, please let us know in advance so we can allow enough time and decide if we need to increase our price.

3) PAYMENT must be made in cash on collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in advance. 

4) If collection or delivery is within the LONDON CONGESTION ZONE, then there will be an additional charge of £11,50.

5) You are required to state clearly the nature of your job ( e.g distance of pickup point and parking ,access to lift and availability of help)to avoid me disappointing other customers pls help me on this

6) We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the nearest opportunity.

7) If we are sent to an alternative ADDRESS then we reserve the right to charge an additional charge.

8) If SIZE/WEIGHT/AMOUNT provided are incorrect or incomplete then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, or refuse to transport the item if there is not enough space. 

9) Our service is door to door. We will be happy to place items where requested, but please notify us in advance so we can allow adequate time.

10)undeclared inventory at time of bidding will be charged extra cost outside the bid consequently costing you more, please endeavor to declare all Major inventories.
