I was charged for congestion and paid in cash. However, I recently found out that the congestion charge part suspended during the time of my move. Quote from TFL website follows: "From Friday 25 December to Friday 1 January inclusive, road users in central London won’t have to pay the usual £11.50 congestion charge." This is not professional and I would expect a more honest driver. Of course this could have been a simple oversight and simple mistake.	6 years ago

He also helped to carry our items into the house, which was something we did not ask for when we booked him. Great driver, all cupboards and items arrived safely.
