Despite paying for 3 people to load, took longer than previous moves I’ve done with only 2 helpers, and despite everything being boxed and waiting outside the front of the property. Damaged the vinyl flooring when bringing in the washing machine. Stated he would not charge for the additional half hour than we had paid for due to arriving late (their transit time was around half an hour longer than ours in the car driving slowly).	1 year ago

Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful Yeah, so my move was scheduled for 2:30pm on friday 24h Feb with Edward Van Services. He was delayed by a break down. He rang and told me at 2pm ish. You guys rang me an hour later after he'd contacted you to find a new company to move me - t was rescheduled for 4:30pm. This worked out satisfactory in the end, except it put me atleast 2 hours behind schedule or more due to having the drive be during rush hour, which I had tried to avoid by booking a 2:30pm slot. On the phone, your representative told me that for compensation i would receive an Amazon gift card at the value of 50% my payment. Ive yet to receive this voucher.	2 years ago

Driver was not on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was not respectful First of the driver turned up after 9 am his college then tried to charge additional 60pounds for 8 more steps, to which I refused and had to end up carrying all my belongings out to them whilebthey stood smoking, I'm very angry that I stated to them that my partner is pregnant and she had to end up carrying out furniture as I couldn't do it by myself, they had no PPE whatsoever which I find unacceptable as my partner is highly vulnerable to covid, they was taking their time to drag out the hours to try get extra payment to which I had to get my youngest son and friend to help. They was smoking and handling furniture at the same time which which I found very unprofessional.	2 years ago

Though once the items were collected they were delivered pretty fast. The driver helped to move all the boxes so I did not have to lift anything. Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful I had a booking for 2:00 pm today with Rapid Roy services Yesterday it was changed to Fast Any Moves. Today afternoon, after 1:30pm , Fast Any Moves said they would not come and you sent Metodiev transport at 4:30 ,2.5 hours after our booking. We had booked a service which had 10 stars while the team that came had 8 stars We specifically mentioned the need for an electric drill but they did not have it because of your short notice. The bed frame has been scratched The wall has been scratched badly and discoloured Overall it has been a disappointing service from your team with random changes to moving team and improper communication of needs. I would like refund for the late arrivals and damage to the wall and bed.	2 years ago

Everything went well and smoothly apart from my daughters TV got damaged in process, no external damage but when turnt on, a quarter of the screen is damaged and can't see anything apart from rainbow lines, she wasn't impressed at all. Blankets would of been nice to use to protect all TVs, notice there was straps and blankets after offloading my stuff.	3 years ago
