We transported plants that ended up broken. We were meant to do a stop in the middle to pick up a king bed. They didn't advise that it would not be possible and we still went there only to conclude that it was not possible to fit it in, which cost us an additional hour.	7 months ago

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and sweat which gave me a headache after the trip. It could use some cleaning. Other than this, it was a good trip. CMV response: The drivers offer to allow you to travel in the van totally free of charge and as a courtesy to you. We are sorry if you felt that the inside of the van was not as clean as you would have liked. You did, however, have the option of travelling independently.	1 year ago

Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful The van was 1h15 minutes late. It happens but that’s stressful in this kind of situation. I had to contact customer service to inquire what was going on after 15 after the time booked. The person on the line was friendly, explained that they made a mistake with my details, and assured me somebody would come in minimum 45mn. The driver arrived 1 hour after, didn’t say a single word, nor sorry, nor anything at all, in fact he seamed clearly annoyed when spoken to. Thank god it was only a student type of move. In the end, yes I am in my new place with my stuff in one peace. So thank you, but I am sure you can do better than that.	1 year ago

The guys were absolutely A****** they were so helpful and they even helped me unpack it. It was a very pleasant transition from my house to my work place. However, I received a call about 30 minutes prior to my booking time from the van owner (?) who asked if I could do him a favour. He said that he needed to drop something off "on the way". I agreed, but in fact the location where the item needed to be dropped off was completely the other direction. It added an extra hour to the journey, which meant that I was delayed at the other end moving in. I think such an request - especially because it was made under the pretense that drop off location was on the way - was unacceptable.	1 year ago
